Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

He successfully led both Lee Technologies and Schneider Electric’s Power and Cooling sales teams, often exceeding the company’s goals.
